When you join Brotherhood 90, you Will be placed into a small group of approximately 6 men who are all committed to improving their health, building better habits, and becoming better versions of themselves.
At the beginning, these men may be strangers. But over the course of 90 days, through shared challenges, honest conversations, victories, setbacks, and weekly encouragement, they become something much more powerful: a brotherhood.
Your group will meet one night each week on Zoom for 90 minutes (Zoom is video meeting website/app that is completely free and easy to use) . These meetings are the foundation of the program. This is where you check in, share your progress, talk through challenges, celebrate wins, and most importantly—know that other men are counting on you to show up.
You will have people asking:

45 MINUTES OF EXERCISE PER DAY
Participants are expected to complete at least 45 minutes of intentional exercise each day, with one rest day per week.
Your workouts can include strength training, cardio, sports, fitness classes, or any other form of exercise that gets you moving. For the best results, we recommend combining strength training with cardiovascular exercise throughout the week.
We provide a complete, expertly designed workout plan as part of the program to help you achieve the best possible results. While following the program is recommended, we do understand that not everyone has access to a gym or exercise equipment so you also have the flexibility to create your own workout routine if that better fits your goals, preferences, or lifestyle. The most important thing is staying consistent, challenging yourself, and committing to regular exercise throughout the 90-day journey.

WEEKLY BODY CHECK-INS
At the beginning of the program each guy will announce the goal weight he'd like to reach at the end of the week along with a description of how he wants to look. For example you might say, "I want to have visible abs", "I want to look more muscular" or "I want to look slim and athletic". Whatever your goal is, the other men in the brotherhood will be there to cheer you on throughout the program.
Once each week, every participant will complete a body check-in with the group by either submitting a progress photo in the Zoom chat or briefly standing up on camera to show your physical progress. Wear whatever you're most comfortable in—shirtless, a tank top, or a T-shirt.
The purpose of these check-ins isn't to judge anyone. They're designed to create accountability, celebrate progress, and keep everyone focused on the commitments they've made. Knowing you'll be sharing your progress each week is a powerful motivator to stay consistent with your nutrition and workouts.

WEEKLY CHALLENGES
Each week, participants will receive a new challenge designed to help improve different areas of their lives. These fun and easy weekly "tasks" are meant to build positive habits, encourage personal growth, and push you outside of your comfort zone in small but meaningful ways.
During each Zoom meeting, you'll have the opportunity to share your experience with the group—what you learned, what surprised you, and how the challenge impacted your mindset or daily routine.
We understand that everyone has a busy schedule, so these tasks are designed to be simple, practical, and enjoyable. They won't require a major time commitment, but they can create powerful changes when done consistently.
Examples of weekly challenges may include:
* Write down three things you're grateful for every morning.
* Take a cold shower.
* Compliment 3 people this week.
* 3 minute fast energy boosting breathing technique each morning this week.
* Perform one random act of kindness this week.
* Spend 30 minutes each day without your phone.
* Reach out to 1 person you haven't spoken to in a while.
* Try something new that pushes you outside your comfort zone this week.

DAILY NUTRITION GOAL
Participants are asked to consume no more than 2,500 calories per day throughout the 90-day program. Focus on eating primarily whole, nutrient-dense foods while limiting processed foods, sweets, fast food, and cheat meals.
The goal isn't perfection—it's building consistent eating habits that support long-term health, fat loss, and overall performance.
We provide an expertly designed nutrition plan as part of the program to help guide you toward your goals. While following the plan is recommended for the best results, you have the flexibility to choose whether you want to use it or create your own approach to nutrition. The most important thing is staying consistent with healthy choices that support your transformation.

LIFE GOALS CHECK IN
At the first Zoom meeting each person will tell the other guys in the group 1 or 2 things they want to achieve (aside from fitness and weight loss) during the 90 days. For example, men might say things like:
"I want to start a business"
"I want to meet my dream woman"
" I want to save $5,000"
"I want to be a better husband and/or dad"
"I want to get 20 new business clients"
"I want to finish a marathon"
"I want to learn a new language"
"I want to learn to play the guitar"
"I want to visit 3 cities that I've never been to"
Then at each meeting the rest of guys in the group will ask you about how that's going and what steps you took that week toward achieving your goal/s.

LIMITED ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
For the best results, we encourage you to avoid alcohol entirely during the 90-day program. That said, we understand that life includes celebrations, special occasions, and the occasional drink with friends or family.
To balance flexibility with accountability, participants are asked to limit their alcohol consumption to no more than 8 drinks total per month. The goal isn't perfection—it's making intentional choices that support your health, discipline, and overall progress.

READ 30 PAGES A WEEK FROM A POSITIVE SELF DEVELOPMENT BOOK
At the beginning of the program we will provide you with a list of books we recommend reading from but you can choose any positive self help book you'd like. If you prefer reading, we ask that you complete 30 pages per week. If you prefer audiobooks, you can listen to an equivalent commitment of approximately 30 minutes of listening per week. Once a month each guy will be asked to talk a bit about what info they've gained from the book they're reading. An example of some of the books we recommend:

DAILY WATER GOAL
Participants are expected to drink eight 12-ounce glasses of water per day (¾ of a gallon)throughout the 90-day program. Proper hydration plays an important role in energy levels, workout performance, recovery, digestion, and appetite control. Making water intake a daily priority is a simple but powerful habit that supports your fitness goals and overall health. The goal is to build discipline and consistency by making hydration a non-negotiable part of your daily routine. During the Zoom meetings all the men will be checking in with the others making sure they're keeping up with their water consumption.
